Bought this glove through Amazon. My son is a travel ball player and his team conducts several drills with this glove. Great trainer to reinforce fundamentals and to develop soft hands or to learn the correct way to field right from the start. Good quality glove. Better than the foam pads which can tear after a few uses. There are several videos on youtube that will help you with drills if you need it. Just search "pancake glove". 5 stars!

This product was a great tool in my son's baseball training. The Akadema Pancake Glove is flat on the one side unlike a regular glove. It teaches the players to use 2 hands when fielding ground balls and to keep your glove down. "Get it dirty" as his coach would say. It's a great quality glove. Very durable.
