Amazon.com Product Description
Ideal for the casual player or aspiring professional, the Mizuno Classic Pro GXF22 12.5-inch first-base mitt offers unmatched protection, fit, and performance. The glove hails from Mizuno's Classic Pro line, which the company created after extensively researching the dynamics of catching. Using input from some of the best defensive players in professional baseball, Mizuno crafted this series of ball gloves to deliver the ultimate in performance for each position. The technology, called 3D, customizes the glove's ball pockets and internal reinforcements to accommodate the way each positional player catches the ball. This allows for greater grip strength and energy transfer, helping the player confidently secure the catch and switch the ball from the glove hand to the throwing hand. Classic Pro gloves are more than just functional, with a new coffee leather construction that's naturally tanned in the U.S. for unsurpassed control and feel. The gloves also employ Deerskin Parafit technology to ensure the best fit, feel, and craftsmanship in a pro-level glove. Outfitted with a WMV300 web, the GFX22 first-base glove and its siblings are worn by such major leaguers as Todd Helton, Ichiro Suzuki, Chipper Jones, and Miguel Tejada.

Comment: Very disappointed that a seam has already started coming lose and I haven't broke it in enough to use it at a game. However, besides the seam issue, the glove is great.
