Great Glove - Great Price ($59.95). Broke it very quickly, great quality. No need to spend big $$. My son is 14, plays travel ball and will use this glove thru high school ball.

Bought this for my son (9), who is starting to love the catcher's position. It's a bit to big for him, but he can still use it, and will eventually grow into it. I've used it, and I love it. The "POP" when catching the ball sounds great! It is very comfortable to put on as well (I tried a few catchers gloves on before purchasing and this was by far the most comfortable for a glove that is under $100.) No need to grease and break into too much. Quite soft, but not too soft to have the cheap feeling. Just right!

I bought this so I could catch for my high school son. I had never owned a catcher's mitt, so although I have little to compare it to, I tried on many mitts in various stores and liked this mitt immediately. So far I absolutely love it. I am an adult male with a medium sized hand, and I would probably agree with the other reviewer who said that for those who have large hands, this mitt might be small. It is a sturdy, well sewn mitt and seems to grab and hold pitches that I would have missed with my normal infield glove. It also has nice padding in the palm and fingers so my hand rarely stings. Finally, it is nicely shaped and fits my hand... ahem, like a glove.
