I've been using a Hit-A-Way for years, and it's excellent for improving your swing, hand-eye coordination, and getting some exercise when you can't get to the court. With the ball pulled down to a lower height, I'm now working with a grandson who is just beginning tennis. A fine product.

The Hit-A-Way was set up quickly and all three generations of our family started swinging away. The wheels really helped with moving it around. The stand was stable. The key element is having the ball moving to help with eye-hand coordination. Our grandson and his friends can practice hitting without needed a pitcher or fielders.
