I bought this glove for my son who will be playing High School Baseball. The glove seems to be top quality. The break in period seems to be excessive. We've had the glove for two months and it's still very stiff even though we've oiled it three times and have played catch with it daily. Make sure you purchase the glove well in advance of needing to use it.

The A2000 and A1000 are the best gloves in the history of the earth and always will be. this glove is amazing and you will be using it 20+ years like my dad did. I got this glove and it was very stiff, but The season was over so I could break it in in the offseason. the leather is incredibly nice and it fits your hand perfect. my dad still has his and still loves it. it makes a triangle shape when you close it the way a good glove is supposed to. I don't like paying a bucket of money for a bat that doesn't make a difference if it is composite or not. I do believe in spending a bit more for a reliable glove that will last you 20+ years and only has to be laced again after that 20 year point. if you need a great glove and the seasons over, get the A2000. It is the most preferred glove by MLB players.
